The workshop will begin on Sunday, September 13, 2015 with a Welcome Reception, followed by three days of Keynote, Oral and E-Poster presentations at the new UC Davis Conference Center. Tuesday evening, September 15, everyone will board a bus and travel to historic Old Town Sacramento for a banquet and Gold Rush period entertainment. An optional visit to fresh-cut processing facilities in the Monterey/Salinas areas will be offered on Thursday and Friday, September 17-18, 2015.
