Who Should Exhibit?
Exhibitors will have access to leaders in the production, processing, packaging, distribution, and quality assurance of fresh-cut products and be able to:

• Unveil new technology and showcase valuable services and supplies
• Expand client base and company sales
• Influence the buying power of fresh-cut representatives
• Network with fresh-cut decision makers and industry representatives

Conference Format
A welcome reception will allow attendees to register and meet other participants and speakers.  Keynote speakers will be giving the majority of the presentations each day, and the conference will also feature oral presentations and e-poster sessions of select abstracts submitted.  Additionally, exhibitors will be showcasing many innovative technologies available to the fresh-cut industry

Generating Exhibitor Traffic

The exhibitor floor will be combined with the beverage area to optimize the conference layout and move attendees through the exhibitor floor to keynote and technical sessions.  This provides a significant networking opportunity for exhibitors as attendees pass through the exhibitor floor to and from featured speaker presentations.

Sponsors who would like an Exhibitor Table
We are offering three levels of our Conference Sponsors a discounted opportunity to reserve an exhibitor table. Please see the options and associated fees below.

Exhibitor Fee Structure
Exhibitor Packages are available as a stand alone option, or it may be combined with a Sponsorship opportunity to increase your company's visibility.  The early stand alone exhibitor package for ISHS members is $1,680, and increases to $1,980 after April 15, 2015.

Table-Top Exhibitor Package
The Exhibitor Package includes 1 conference registration, 1 8-ft. draped table, 2 chairs, an electrical outlet and Wi-Fi access.

Exhibit Space Availability and Assignment
Preference for table-top site selection shall be given to Platinum and Gold sponsors.  A limited number of table-top assignments for non-sponsors shall be provided on a first come, first paid basis.
